2004-2005 New Zealand Trip

I apologize for my haste in getting this page up on the net, but I have had a lot of things keeping me busy since I got back. Please E-mail me at ckie611@sulross.edu with any images you would like to see here. If you already E-mailed me images, you will need to do so again. One of the things keeping me busy was a crash, and complete loss of my hard drive on my home computer.

This page is under construction and will be updated frequently so be sure to press <REFRESH> on your browser so that you will see what is new each time you visit.

This is the entire group that made the New Zealand trip, minus John, who took this picture for me.

Below is a image of redwood trees that have been transplanted from California in New Zealand. The redwoods in transplanted New Zealand are growing much faster than their California counterparts, probably due to the intense yearly rainfall recieved in New Zealand.

This image is of a waterfall near the St. Joseph glacier on the South Island. The water from these falls formed one of many different stream channels that we had to cross in order to reach the glacier.
